How to Qualify for GEM?

A GEM Customer is defined as a government, education or a company that has the potential for placing multiple units throughout its organization. Machine placements can include a combination of copiers, facsimiles, printers and other Toshiba equipment.

GEM Categories

  • Government - U.S. government agencies, state/local entities (nonprofit also) political subdivisions (cities, counties, etc.).
     
  • Education - Schools (grades K-12), colleges and universities not affiliated with a state government.
     
  • Major Account - National business entities (Fortune 1000) and companies with multiple placement needs.
